Lynn & Lynn Public Insurance Adjusters was the first client I worked with in the insurance industry. As with many new clients, the first step for me is learning about the industry that the client works in. This is a standard part of my process so that I can better serve the expectations and scope of the project. Working directly with the Michael Lynn allowed for a very collaborative experience and allowed me to understand exactly what his audience needed.
We started with a full rebrand of the firm from logo to marketing collateral, including a powerful leave-behind-brochure for prospective clients. From there, we took the newly developed brand standards and built a simple yet clean and easy to navigate website.
Joe was so great to work with! He incorporated our ideas and proposed ideas to give our brand a whole new look! He was prompt, detailed and professional. We never felt like we were a bother with our numerous questions and bouts of indecisiveness. Thank you for helping us rebrand and recreate our company from bottom to top!
